Service Dataset

Your list of medical services, tests, and procedures. Agents search this to answer questions like β€œdo you offer this test?” or β€œwhich clinic provides this treatment?”.

What can be searched

  • Query text β€” the only search input. Terms are matched across service names, aliases, keywords, descriptions, and specializations.

How matching works

Matching runs across multiple tiers of data for each service:
  • Name, aliases, keywords β€” highest weight
  • Description β€” medium weight
  • Specializations β€” lower weight
Partial matches are included β€” results are ranked by how many of your search terms hit, and how central those fields are to the service record.

How results are ordered

  1. Relevance β€” match quality across the full-text index
  2. Priority β€” base priority boosted by any active campaigns
  3. Name β€” alphabetical as a final tiebreaker

Campaigns

Campaigns can reorder services that already match the query by boosting their priority. They cannot surface non-matching services.
